Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Service Agent (AISA), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between you and Nasa Def Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of our AI-powered chatbot platform.

Description of Service

AISA provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to:

  • Create and deploy intelligent chatbots for customer service
  • Automate customer conversations on WhatsApp and other platforms
  • Analyze and respond to customer inquiries using artificial intelligence
  • Integrate with various business systems and platforms
  • Monitor and analyze chatbot performance and customer interactions

Our services include various subscription plans with different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Use a valid business email address for business accounts

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is current and accurate

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

You may use AISA for legitimate business purposes including:

AI Content Responsibility

While AISA uses advanced AI technology, you acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated based on training data and may not always be perfect
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content
  • You should monitor AI interactions and provide feedback for improvement
  • AI should not be used as a substitute for human judgment in critical situations

Content Training

When providing content for AI training:

  • Ensure you have rights to use the provided content
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Avoid including sensitive or confidential information
  • Regularly update training content to maintain accuracy
Important Notice

AI-generated responses should be monitored and may require human oversight, especially for complex customer inquiries, legal matters, or sensitive topics.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The AISA platform, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and related materials, is owned by Nasa Def Sdn Bhd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide for chatbot training and configuration. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Use your content to train and improve our AI models
  • Process and analyze your content for service optimization
  • Store your content securely in our systems

Generated Content

AI-generated responses and content created through our platform may be used freely by you for your business purposes.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

  • Fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan
  • Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All payments are processed securely.

Late Payments

Failure to pay fees when due may result in service suspension or termination.

Service Availability

Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours
  • Update our AI models and algorithms
  • Change service limits based on usage patterns

Support

Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan:

  • Starter Plan: Email support within 24 hours
  • Advanced Plan: Priority email and chat support within 12 hours
  • Enterprise Plan: Dedicated support with SLA guarantees

Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of AISA, to understand our practices.

Data Security

Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Use the service in a way that harms our platform or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
  • We will retain your data for a reasonable period for legal and regulatory purposes
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • AI response inaccuracies
  • Third-party claims or disputes
  • Business interruption losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you provide or AI responses generated

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

  • Email notification to registered users
  • Posting updates on our website
  • Providing reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of AISA after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
